Mary Lou is a 4-year-old grade Quarter Pony mare.

​Hello, Mary Lou. Goodbye heart. There is so much to love about this young buckskin mare. Mary Lou has been our 10-year-old daughter project this past year. Mary Lou has been all over. She has been to ranch sortings, horsemanship lessons, Sunday rides to church, cattle gathers, brandings and trail rides in the mountains and in town. She rides off alone or in a group. She lopes nice circles and knows both leads. She watches a cow. She is a traffic safe around tractors, cars, ATVs , semis and bicycles, she also handles the obstacle course with ease. She has roped a few calves and heeled yearlings. Mary Lou will follow you around like a milk pen calf. She trailers well. She is good for the vet and is current on all vaccinations and deworming.
