Thursday April 7th:
Check in starts at 12:00 pm
Basic vet exam and paperwork due
Stall assignment and event sign up sheets
Bring your own hay and water tub.
The event center will have shavings available for purchase or you can bring your own.
Horses MUST have water at all times or you will be charged $20 per incident
Indoor and outdoor arenas will be open until 8 pm
Friday April 8th:
Outdoor arena and warm up pen will be available.
Indoor arena will be available from 8:00 am
to 11:30 am
Preview starts at 12:00 pm
Events will be as follows:
Mounted Shooting -GUNS WILL BE CHECKED PRIOR TO ENTERING ARENA

Saturday April 9th:
Indoor and outdoor arena will be available 8:00 am to 9:30 am
Sale starts at 10:00 am
Line up by Hip# in increments of 10
Horses MUST be taken care of by seller until sold in the ring.
NO OUTSIDE SALES ALLOWED
You are then required to take the sold horse back to the stall until buyer comes and gets the horse. They will have a buyer receipt and one of our staff members will be checking horses out.
You will be checked out by one of our staff members. Stalls must be cleaned by end of day or a $30 fee will be applied.
Hall's Auction Service contracts a veterinarian to do a general inspection all horses at check in of each "live" sale and all findings of the vet will be announced prior to any horses entering the sale ring. Buyers can arrange for the contracted vet to perform a more detailed pre-purchase exam (at buyers expense) the day of the sale or arrange exams prior to the sale by contacting Halls Auction Service.
Buyers must have method of payment at the time of bidding - payment methods are cash, check, credit card (3% processing fee will apply on all credit card payments). Verification of funds letter (POF) from bank required for all buyers. No exceptions.
